The paper reports formal rigorous results for vortex solutions, with nonvanishing densities at infinity, obtained within the framework of two coupled Gross- Pitaevskii equations in the three-dimensional space. The equations model a binary Bose-Einstein condensate with repulsive interactions between atoms. The curvature of the vortices is analyzed, and the property of their \textit{rectifiability} is proven, using the methods of the geometric measure theory.
