The author studies integrable connections with irregular singularities in several variables case. Using the theory of strongly asymptotic developability of functions of several variables, the author solves the Riemann-Hilbert-Birkhoff problem [see the author, ''Asymptotic analysis for integrable connections with irregular singular points'', Lect.
