On the existence of Levi foliations (English)

The author shows that if \(\mathcal L\) is a 3 dimensional analytic foliation such that the induced complex distribution defines a holomorphic foliation \(\mathcal F\), then \(\mathcal F\) admits a function which can be constructed by composition of rational functions, exponentiation, integration and algebraic functions, thus solving a problem proposed by D. Cerveau.
