The three-dimensional contact problem for an elastic wedge taking friction forces into account (English)
0 references
The paper deals with a spatial linearly elastic wedge with the angle \(\alpha\) and elastic characteristics \(\nu\) (Poisson ratio) and \(G\) (shear modulus). The author discusses the contact problem of the motion of a punch on the surface of the wedge and analyses effective stress. The boundary value problem of three-dimensional elasticity theory for the wedge is reduced to a generalized Hilbert boundary value problem.
