The authors propose a new definition of the dimension spectrum for non-regular spectral triples \((\mathcal{A},\mathcal{H},\mathcal{D})\) using the poles of the meromorphic extension of the spectral zeta function \(\zeta_{\mathcal D}.\) Then the dimension spectrum and the trace of the heat operator are computed for the standard Podleś sphere.
