The authors investigate the characteristics of homogeneous projectively flat Finsler metrics and establish that such metrics have vanishing \(\bar{E}\)-curvature if and only if they possess almost isotropic \(S\)-curvature and isotropic \(L\)-curvature, as stated in Theorem 1.2. Additionally, they explore various properties of these spaces in different cases, highlighting significant geometric features in a series of corollaries ranging from Corollary 1.1 to Corollary 1.7.
