    The study of convergence rate of the considered operators using the Peetre's K-functional and the modulus of smoothness has been done. Furthermore, an estimation of the speed of convergences for some special classes of functions, namely, the Lipschitz-type class of functions has been provided. The Voronovskaja-type theorem is also proved.
