Considering a decomposition technique and some properties of the multivariate Baskakov-Kantorovich operators, two equivalent theorems are obtained between the K-functional and modulus of smoothness, and a direct theorem is given for the multivariate Baskakov-Kantorovich operators in the Orlicz spaces.
